Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer in our expanding international team to support new customer sales and customer projects in the US.

This is an exciting opportunity for a subject matter expert to engage with clients, conduct risk assessments within identify and access management and present the features and benefits of our products.

As the initial consultant within our emerging US business, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the product and how its positioned in the market. You will gain experience in the last AI machine learning technology that sets the product apart from its competition.

The role supports the end-to-end sales cycle and will need to go deep in the technical aspects of selling and integrating new software solutions to a customer’s existing information security infrastructure. Good communication and a high level of customer engagement is critical to the role’s success. You will have the support of the founding partners and a strong technical team.


  • Support the new sales cycle by collaborating with key customer stakeholders to identify IAM risk and define business requirements for a new software solution
  • Architect the IAM Solution along with the customer and our internal development team
  • Collaborate with the project team through design, development, testing and deployment phases
  • Review the deliverables with all parties and provide necessary feedback
  • Communication with the development team on refining the product
  • Identify improvements to how best to market and sell the features of the product


  • A previous background in technical presales or as IT security consultant / IT sec administrator / internal or external auditor
  • A professional knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management solutions

  • A good communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presenting skills

  • Holding CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP or similar certification is a plu

This role is remote first, but the successful candidate is expected to reside within the Florida region to support the Miami office.
